Art Restaurant Mánes
The recently renovated Mánes Gallery complex is renowned for its functionalist architecture and its prime location along Prague’s Vltava riverfront.
Art enthusiasts can explore modern art exhibitions in the gallery, while food lovers will enjoy culinary delights at the Terrace Grill restaurant, complete with panoramic views of the Vltava River, Dancing House, National Theatre, and other landmarks.
Built in 1930 on the site of the former Šítkov Mill, the venue was originally intended for the Mánes Union of Fine Arts, founded in 1887. With a capacity of 1,500 guests, it remains one of Prague’s largest banquet halls, steeped in history. Renowned Czech figures, including politicians and artists, once gathered here, supported by President Tomáš Masaryk.
