Ajay is a Technical Sales and Market Development Leader at Life Science and Specialty segment of DuPont Water Solution business. With over 10 years of experience in the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industry, he has successfully led numerous projects in the field of separation and purification challenges of biopharmaceutical drugs, namely mAbs, oligonucleotides and peptides. Ajay graduated in Pharmacology from University of Cologne, Germany, where he developed a passion for innovative bioprocess solutions. In his spare time, Ajay enjoys reading, watching science-based documentaries, and playing cricket and badminton, further enriching his approach to innovation and leadership in the industry.
