After a master’s degree in medical biotechnology and molecular Medicine and a background working at Medical Cytogenetic and Molecular Genetics Lab of Istituto Auxologico Italiano in Milan, she joined Agilent as a genomic inside sales representative, and then as a market specialist, and spent the last 8 years in the company developing knowledge about the molecular biology research market.
