Javier Rodriguez received his PhD in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Copenhagen where he worked on cyclic peptide libraries and the development of novel cyclic peptide drugs with Prof. Strømgaard (University of Copenhagen) and Dr. Østergaard, Novo Nordisk A/S. Javier joined Virometix in 2021 as a Senior Scientist. In his current role, he works on the design and synthesis of structural epitope mimetics, the display of multiple epitopes on synthetic nanoparticles, as well as semi-synthetic approaches towards the development of novel vaccine candidates.
