With a master’s degree in Neurosciences and a PhD in Biomolecules & therapeutic pharmacology, I spent more than 18 years working on skin research. After the development of new medical devices suitable for skin repair, I joined IFF-LMC’s R&D in 2014. After 5 years managing the development of the biological screening platform and the active ingredients development, I accepted to oversee the global research and development department for the company in 2019. We are developing innovative raw materials (active and functional and delivery systems) by sourcing, designing, testing and producing new ingredients to formulate sustainable cosmetics.
