Jale Muslehiddinoglu, Ph.D. is Vice President of Strategic Innovation at ST Pharm, with 23 years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, and CDMO sectors. For the past 2.5 years, she has contributed to expanding ST Pharma’s capabilities, driving innovation in oligonucleotide process development and manufacturing.

Before joining ST Pharm, Jale played a key role in establishing lab and production capabilities for oligonucleotide therapeutics, spanning development, manufacturing, and supply chain. She has introduced innovative process development strategies and was part of the team that initiated EPOC, and is currently on the organizing committee for multiple oligonucleotide events.

Jale holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
